I needed to pull this resource together quickly, so I borrowed the personal domain I once bought to make myself a Real Professional Website™. I’m an organizer and communications strategist by trade — so, with over 250,000 people in Tampa Bay relying on SNAP, it just felt like the sort of thing I should do.
I grew up supported by social safety nets. With a lapse in SNAP on the horizon, I jumped into action to use what I know — words, organizing, a little moxie — to help bridge the gaps and keep people connected to care.
When systems fail, we improvise. After all, I’m just a girl trying to save the world, one spreadsheet at a time.
